1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the GerminoPay platform, an online payment aggregation service.

2. Merchant account

Opening a merchant account is free and subject to validation. The merchant agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

3. Use of the service

The merchant agrees to use GerminoPay in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of our partner providers (PayPal, CinetPay, FedaPay, PayDunya).

4. Fees and billing

Fees are applied per transaction, according to the current price list. They are automatically deducted from the merchant balance.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed within 48 business hours after request, subject to verification.

6. Security

The merchant is responsible for the confidentiality of their API keys. Any compromise must be reported immediately.

7. Liability

GerminoPay acts as a technical intermediary. It cannot be held liable for interruptions attributable to third-party providers.

8. Changes

GerminoPay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email.
